Classic Sourdough Focaccia

I LOVE this classic focaccia recipe because it can be used as a base recipe and customized to add whatever inclusions your heart desires. Most requested.....GUAVA CON QUESO. You heard me! The Latin in me often craves this combo. I use this base recipe and fold in the chopped GUAVA PASTE & Cream Cheese as I place in the oiled pan, let it go through a second rise to where its nice and jiggly and then, add little more oil, dimple the dough, add MORE GUAVA PASTE & QUESO, then bake.
