Hi my name is Jessica. Im a busy mom of 2, sourdough lover, homesteader, homeschool teacher , fisherman's wife and piano hobbyist. I started making sourdough bread 5 years ago and fell in love. Over 2  years , I have been teaching others my no-stress approach to making sourdough bread at home. It doesn't have to be complicated and you don't HAVE to abide by all the professional rules. It's simply healthy bread for you and your family. Let's take the pressure off of  "being perfect" and just enjoy making homemade bread.
