  • How long have I been baking?
    I started baking when I was about five years old, while living as missionaries in Mexico. I have been making sourdough since 2019.
  • How can I order from you?
    Click the button to "Order Breads Here" and it will directly send you to the order page or you can message me via my Facebook page and I can send you my link to order! Since my focus is the beginner sourdough class, I only take orders on the "off weeks". If I can't get your order in that week, I'll get it in asap! Please provide a minimum 72 hours notice from the date you need it.
  • How I can I pay for my order?
    Currently I accept Paypal, Venmo, or Cash App. Paypal is set up on the order page to receive as your payment. If you need to send it via Venmo or Cash App, simply message me to discuss!
  • Can you ship?
    The only item that is currently available for shipping is the dehydrated sourdough starter. All other items are local pickup or delivery only.
  • How can I store my Sourdough?
    Sourdough is best stored on the counter top. It can be kept on the counter top, out of direct sunlight for up to 5 days in an airtight container/bag or plastic wrap and foil-frozen. You can pre-slice it, place in freezer bag and put it in the freezer, grab it as you need it, toasts up wonderful!
  • How do I reheat the Sourdough?
    Toasted is wonderful or you can place it in the oven at 400 F for about 5-10 minutes!
  • How often do you offer classes?
    Once a month. They fill up fast and there is currently a waitlist. If you would like to be placed on the waitlist for the next available class, send me a message!
  • How much does it cost to attend a beginner sourdough class and what does it include?
    $85 - all inclusive class Includes the following: 1. A thriving, established sourdough starter to take home 2. A freshly baked loaf to take home 3. My beginner friendly , classic artisan sourdough loaf recipe, along with PDF copies of my focaccia, cracker,cookie,strawberry cake, bagel recipe & more. 4. Mix your own dough in class to take home & finish at home, using the skills learned in class 5. Hands on training through each step in the process 6. Snack on an array of sourdough goodies such as jalapeño cheddar loaf, classic loaf, focaccia, sourdough bagels, sourdough cookies, lemon bread. 7. Instructions on how to feed and maintain your sourdough starter 8. A sample baking schedule 9. FAQ sheet 10. Access to virtual personalized coaching to any remaining questions you may have as you continue your journey.
