24 Hour Sourdough "POOLISH Method"


From my viral video that has gotten over a million views across social media platforms.

To first address the critics... Yes, I know that POOLISH is a term used with commercial yeast. However, I am all about making things simple and easy for beginners to understand so YES, I called this 'poolish' even though I'm using sourdough starter and not commercial yeast. Its essentially the exact same thing....A Large portion of pre-ferment that can help with a lighter and more airy crumb as well as speed up the sourdough process for a same day bread.
