The Classic Potato Flake Sourdough Bread
This recipe has stood the test of time. Passed down from generations, this old school classic sandwhich bread is a MUST have. You do need an active POTATO FLAKE SOURDOUGH STARTER to make this recipe. If you don't have one, try to grab one from a friend, OR you can easily make your own & it will be ready to go in about a week. I have a separate blog post for that one. Classic Sourdough Focaccia
I LOVE this classic focaccia recipe because it can be used as a base recipe and customized to add whatever inclusions your heart desires. Most requested.....GUAVA CON QUESO. You heard me! The Latin in me often craves this combo.
