I've been making Tortillas since I was 4 yrs old on a farm in Mexico.. I KNOW tortillas...
These might just be my favorite. Potato Flake Sourdough Tortillas are the perfect addition to your next taco night. The dough is so easy to work with, simple to put together, PLUS you get the benefits from a long, slow ferment.
I like to mix the dough in the morning, just leave it out at room temp all day and by the time I'm ready to get dinner started, its ready to roll out and get to cooking!
