Sourdough Crackers

The title emphasizes "Rosemary" crackers, but do NOT let that hold you back. Add ANY Herbs and seasonings (or cheese) of your choice and ruin storebought crackers forever.
Ive tried many recipes that use just the discard only, no added flour and they're 'OK' but a little TOO sour for my taste ( & my kids) so adding a bit of flour tones down that sour and they are just Perfection.
