Easy Plantain Bread

A.K.A Pan de platano maduro. Better then banana bread in my opinion! Its similar to banana, still sweet but less "intense" banana flavor. I love banana but gosh, sometimes its TOO Banana-y. Ripe plantains have a stronger flavor per say, but its never overpowering like bananas.
My family LOVES baked or fried green plantains but every now and then, life gets busy and they sit on the counter for longer then expected and turn black. But don't let that fool you. They are SO soft, sweet and delicious so don't you dare throw them out!
